Tropical vegetation, fantastic beaches, unique under water world.
Martinique has a lot to offer to nature lovers: mountainy landscapes, marvelous beaches, turquoise blue waters, fascinating underwater world with a lot of ship wrecks. Visit Mount Pelée up north, the famous volcano of Martinique, or escape from your daily trot when stopping over in Les Anses-d’Arlet for the night.
St. Lucia also is an ideal starting point for a trip towards the south to the Tobago Cays and Grenada. The Marina Rodney Bay in the north has all possibilities for guests.
Worldfamous also is the Marigot Bay on St. Lucia and the 2 summits of the Pitons (= two volcanic mountin peaks). The tropical vegetation of the island of St. Vincent offer an amazing sight. And whoever wants to meet an unforgettable challenge should hike all the way up to the summit of the volcano La Soufriére.
In the south, you will find the base of Sunsail: perfect for sailing trips to the Grenadines. Sail from Bequia to Mustique, the island of the „High Society“. Via Canouan you will reach the famous Salt Whistle Bay (Island of Mayero) at the enterance of the Tobago Cays. The nature reserve „Tobago Cays“ with its horseshoe reef has unparalleled possibilities for diving and snorkeling. Further down south, you will find Grenada, the island of herbs in the Caribbean, with green, lushious mountains, waterfalls and golden beaches. To the Grenadines it is only a short sailing distance. A special event would be to join the Carnival of Trinidad or Tobago: Music, dance and pure joy for life!
